Windows XP closing down

My computer keeps shutting itself down. I have seen it doing it a couple of
times and go ahead and re-boot. It gives me a total blue screen and has a
countdown to a "physical dump". I am assuming this is why I keep coming back
to find the computer restarted. I have no idea what is going on and can't
seem to find a tool that will help me figure it out. I am not an IT
professional, but am fairly literate if someone can give me some idea of what
to do. I am worried at this point that it is going to crash and not come
back up! Would appreciate any and all help. Thank you!

Hi

Could you please post the Stop Code from the BSOD? With that your problem
could be isolated.

Otherwise have a look in the Event Viewer for any 'Errors'. If any are
found could you please post the Event ID and Source?

To view the events right click on My Computer and choose Manage
Under Computer Management -> System Tools -> Event Viewer
Look in Application and System

Wow - I looked in the Event Viewer and there were 61 errors for 8/4/06. Many
were repeats. They included:
savedump 1001
redbook 10
eventlog 6005
eventlog 6009
save control manager 7035
save control manager 7036
remote access 20158
Dhcp 1007

Looking at the Event Viewer (which I didn't know to do) I have been
apparently having problems for awhile. There is also a W32Time error that is
listed frequently. There are probably too many to list. However, the ones
above are the ones listed most recently.
