windows xp cant read Chinese

i knoe this sounds funny but when i go under regional & language it is not
there! then i tried to download it but i cant because micosoft thinks that
windows xp already has the porgam so i just cant read or wright Chinese ! AND
I LIVE IN CHINA ALL THE WEB SITES ARE IN CHINESE! someone plz help me!

i sounds like your in a land that has millions of windows cd's avail. I'm
sure there is a chinese version for sale for a couple of yen.....

First, you can tell Databaseben that they don't use Yen in Chine, they
do in Japan. Try the below websites for setting up your PC to display
Chinese characters.

hey thanks to u two i can read and write chinese now but i still have a
problem.
i cant recive any chinese email on hotmail i have not tried yahoo but i
think it will be the same. all you can see it a bunch of lines and dashes.
