Windows XP bootup problem

I install a new 160 Gig EIDE Hard drive in my computer and I try to load a
new Windows XP OEM into it and erverything appear to load correctly until is
time for the computer to re-start which also does but instead to go the the
Windows XP start up logo: start uploading the bootup info again. Any Ideas
how to fix this problem. It seems like nothing was loaded to my new hard
drive.

After you start the install of XP, it does its thing and reboots. You
will see "hit any key to boot from CD" at the bottom of your monitor.
DON'T hit any key or it will start the install from scratch again.

You may have left the BIOS set to boot from CD instead of from the
internal hard drive.
