Windows XP Backup

I ran into a problem where after doing a backup that I was asked to make some
discs, floppys or the backup would not restore. My computer does not have an
A: or floppy drive so how is this done?

just use MS backup to another hard drive (great compression). I use a
usb2 external HD for storing the images.

it works with SATA mirror drives/etc too
