Windows XP Backup Utility

John

I have installed the Windows XP backup utility on my
Windows XP Home edition. When I try to schedule a backup,
it asks for a user ID and password. I do not have a
Windows password on this computer. I have tried to enter
no password, and I have tried to enter a password. In
either case, the scheduled backup does not run
because "an incorrect password or user name was
entered." The user name that comes up on the Window is
my default user name (the only user on the computer).

How do I get the scheduled backup to run at the scheduled
time?

Thanks,
John

Scheduling tasks normally requires that you are logged on using a
password. Kelly has a fix for this in XP Home - see
