WINDOWS XP and second Hard disk

I neeed somw help, I had XP Home with two drives 80GB and second
drive
Drive a 160GB Seagate I have all my data on the second drive
formated NTFS and was working fine. After I reinstalled XP and XP
sees the 2nd hard drive (160GB Seagate), in Disk
Management, but I cannot assign a drive letter by right click on the
drive, its
greyed out. I can not reformat this drive How to get data out of this
drive
