Windows XP and safe mode

Hi.
I have problems with XP Pro.
In a mail situation, there was reported of a virus.
I stopped the pc, and reloaded.
Then the Password was not accepted. A red X and no other option then OK.
I tried to go to Safe mode. First time OK.
Next time I was asked for the PW, and then the same as norman start up.

What can I do to avvoid the PW

What can I do to avvoid the PW

To avoid the password, go to Control Panel>User Accounts and enable the
Welcom screen. Your post is pretty unclear. If English is not your
first language, try one of the MS different-language newsgroups. Jim
