Windows XP and HP Office Jet Printer

The hard drive on my computer crashed with the virus. I
had to install a new hard drive which was done by a dealer
that also installed Windows XP which I had on my computer
prior to the "crash". I had also installed HP D135 all in
one printer/copier/fax/scanner and also the HP Colorjet
630. Both of them worked perfectly before the "crash".
Now I can't either of them to work. Right now I have the
d135 installed but it absolutely won't print from any
Windows program or other programs (such as BLS 2004,
etc.). What am I doing wrong?

Did you download the updated driver packages from the HP website at
www.hp.com and install the software before you connected the devices?

At this stage, I suggest a complete uninstall of both devices and then a
reinstall following the instructions at:
http://www.coribright.com/windows/Article One.htm
