I have the XP 64 gold version from MSDN. when I try to install, i get an
invalid CD key error.
The cd key is from MSDN. Has anyone faced this problem ? Is there an other
way to get
a valid cd key ( by contacting MSDN customer service)
I'm trying to do a dual boot system with win xp pro 32-bit on one partition.

I can't answer your question, but you may want to reconsider doing both on
one partition ( if I undertand you correctly).
It would be best to have XP Pro64 on a seperate partition, or even ideally
seperate partition on another physical hard drive.

I think you will have trouble if you try to run both 32 and 64 bit versions
off the same partition.

I run XP Pro 32 bit off my main system partition, and XP Pro64 RC2 off
another partition on another drive, works quite well.

I'm installing on different ntfs partitions. Thats should work ... right ?

Yes, that should work. I wasn't sure if I was understanding you correctly, I
thought you might be saying you were going to try to install both to the
same partition, that you do not want to do.

Good luck,

Don Burnette
