windows xp 64 / ntl

hello im wanting to put the 64bit o/s on my pc because im not using my 64 pc
to the full
(lol) but ive tried it on before but the ntlworld cable modem driver not
work wit windows 64 so just wondering if any of you on the newsgroup knows
where i can get the driver from i hav tried ntl wbsite but had no look


any help would be grate
