Windows XP 5.1.2600 Service Pack 1

Where can I get Windows XP 5.1.2600 Service Pack 1 to
install on windows XP Professional. I was trying to
install Symantec's Norton SystemWorks 2003 and recieved
this message as part of a long error code. I've done
several windows updates and am unable to fix. The net
effect is that I'm unable to load Norton fully and thus
am exposed.Can anyone advise me on who or how to fix this
