HAVE RUN NORTON SYSTEM WORKS, SYMANTEC COMMON CLIENT WONT
INSTALL, MESSAGE READS---WINDOWS XP 5.1.2600 SERVICE
PACK1 COMMON CLIENT CORE 1.0.2 CAN'T FIND INSALLATION
PATH??? HAVE LOOKED AND FOUND SERVICE PACK, FOUND
SOMTHING BUT DON'T REALLY NOW WHAT I'M DOING!!!
 
Hi, Jenny,

Just to see how you are installing Norton, please follow along, using the
following order:

First be sure you have Windows up and running and connected to the Web.
(confirm you are connected, so the automatic update script will load)
Then insert your Norton CD and wait for the Installation window to show.
Select Install and follow screen prompts.

You have to be connected to the Web before you do the Install, or It will
not complete, and will hang on you.

Please turn off your CAPS key, it is hard to read, and is considered to be
Shouting.
