Windows\Wupdt.exe

When I booted up this morning my McAfee Firewall notified
me that a program by the name of WUPDT.EXE was trying to
run.

Does anyone know if this is a virus that McAfee Viruscan
has overlooked?

I cannot stop the firewall from notifying me that the
process is trying to run.

I located the application file under the Windows
directory.

Can anyone help me out??
