windows won't start

my computer can't start. even the safe mode didn't works. it always
restarting by itself. when i choose the safe mode it also restart by itself.

What exactly happens when you turn on the computer. How far does it go?
Any error messages? What's displayed on screen? Remember we can't see your
computer. Also what is the computer and configuration, and the history of
this problem?

no error message. it only go to windows xp boot screen. the screen that
shows the windows xp name with the black screen. then it will restart again.
it will not stop until i force to shut down the computer. i use intel pentium
4 2.4 Ghz...
 
That sounds like the *same* problem my dad is having with his. I'll be very
interested in the answer.

Its a virus, I dont remember the name of it though.

but i don't have the windows xp cd. how to do it??

Do what exactly? If some of these items involve going to the recovery
console, that can be accessed by booting any retail or generic OEM XP
installation CD, so borrow one.
