WINDOWS WONT START UP PLEASE HELP!

ok i was online trying to upload my photo album to a print site. the pc then
froze for quite some time. nothing would free it.so i had to manually turn it
off. now when it tries to restart it will get to the windows screen with the
little line dashing. after that a screen comes up saying Sorry for the
inconvenience windows was unsuccessful in starting may be due to a software
issue or ended due to a power issue blah blah blah... at the bottom it gives
the options to restart in safe mode or last know workable configurations. it
will not work in any of the options. just keeps going back to this screen and
thats as far as it gets. Please Help!!

Can you provide a copy of the Stop Error Report?

Disable automatic restart on system failure. This should help by
allowing time to write down the STOP code properly. Keep pressing the F8
key during StartUp and select option - Disable automatic restart on
system failure.

Do not re-enable automatic restart on system failure until you have
resolved the problem. Check for variants of the Stop Error message.
