Boot in safe mode with network (press F8 repeatedly while the computer
boots)

Perform an online scan of your computer at any of these sites:
Trend Micro HouseCall:
http://housecall.antivirus.com/pc_housecall/

Panda Active Scan:
http://www.pandasoftware.com/products/activescan/

RAV AntiVirus Online Virus Scan
http://www.ravantivirus.com/scan/

BitDefender Free Online Virus Scan
http://www.bitdefender.com/scan/license.php

Also try the stinger tool:
http://vil.nai.com/vil/stinger/

Perform a scan looking for malware using updated ad-aware and spybot:
Ad-aware

Spybot S&D

Good luck

Have you tried a System Restore? Click 'Start', 'All Programs',
'Accessories', 'System Tools', then 'System Restore'. Follow the
instructions to restore your system to a previous date. Be sure to pick
a date just before the problem started. If you can't get System Restore
to run from normal mode, try it in Safe Mode. Good luck.
