windows will not load correctly

when i turn on computer,after it does the numbers and the 2nd thing .i get a message...sorry for the inconvience windows did not load properly ,or words to that effect.then i need to select which one i want ...safe mode or something else.my key board will not let me make selection.then it starts loading windows after the count down ,but, then it goes blank. can you tell me the problem. thank you, sandy
 
did you try to load windows with your disk? it kinda
sounds like a virus or worm. if not hardware. try getting
into safe by hitting F8 as its booting up.
