Windows Vista upgrade advisor Beta

Hi
I've recently downloaded this program, but I can't install it, because
windows doesn't recognize the type of program, so it asks me to choose the
program. If I choose msiexec, a window opens with caracters that seems to
describe the windows installer program. If I type
%SystemRoot%\system32\msiexec.exe /i %1 % in the start menu+execute, I get
this: impossible to open this installation package, etc...
I'm using windows xp media center edition 2005

Hmm, works fine here. Have you tried deleting and re-downloading it? The
original may be damaged.

Yes, I've tried this issue. I've downloaded it 4 times.
this is a strange problem!
