Windows Vista Mail Freezes it self

Windows Vista Mail Freezes it self an the laptop when I click to answer our
forward messages. It doesn't show error messages, but if I call Ctrl + Alt +
Del it shows "Not responding".

What can I do to solve this? Did somebody has this situation and solved it?

The account may be corrupted. Delete that account, restart
Windows Mail, then recreate the account.
