How can I retreive emails I deleted (from my inbox/sent/deleted items) in
error?

With great difficulty, unless you did the sensible thing and previously
created a back up?

Although you can try a file undelete utility: http://recuva.com

Not much hope though.
 
You can try a system restore. I don't know if that will do it or not.
