I have had a problem with winows vista. First, I have the CD ROM
version. Second, as I download, it asks for Drivers. It may relate to
the Hard Drive.

What is the URL I cab transfer too so I can retrieve these drivers?
Also, My disks are in 5 volumes-Amazing eh. I spent hours speaking to
MS and they figuer we neede a DVD Drive to load Vista.

By the way I keep hearing Vista is Horrible. any relationed stories?

Thanks
Tino

Vista is good but a new system so yes you CD need drivers so go to the
makers site and search for them and download. trouble over,

First Vista website has a program that test your system to see if it is
capable of Vista......did you do that??
as far as I know Vista is only available on DVD...................never seen
a Vista CD retail...if its a download from MS it even tells you to burn to
DVD..
If you have SATA Hard drives.....you will need the SATA drivers supplied by
your mobo manufacturer to install the drivers during the Vista install.
What Disks are in 5 Volumes?? your HD?? your Vista Installation
disks??...no wonder if you burned to CD....
So the online purchase was saved.....download it again and this time burn it
to a DVD...........and when you are installing have that mobo driver CD
ready....

then get back to us and tell us how it worked when your doing it the right
way

Vista IS available on CDs -- check the coupon that came with your retail Vista
disk.
