Driver problem in windows vista

I have installed windows vista RC1 and it has turned my c drive into f and my
d and e drive have gone so i cannot load anything through both my rom drives.
I have looked in device manager and both drivers have become corrupt and
will not load any other driver as it has the best driver allready installed
any ideas?
