Windows Vista cannot find image in received email

jpg attachments received will not open. Windows is unable to find the file. I
have unchecked securety regarding attachments with no success.
 
Can you save the attachment to your Desktop or Documents folder,
then open the .JPG file from there?

Besides allowing attachments you must also allow images:
Tools, Options, Security, uncheck "Block images..."
