Windows Vista B/U License (Multisession)

Hi,

I have read the License term for Windows Vista Bussiness and Ultimate
editions. I am not sure, if it is allowed to have two concurrent working
users at one time (one over RDP, second over Console). As a comparison,
Windows Server 2003 allows up to two remote sessions and once console session
at one time.

Please be aware that this is not a Fast User Switch Case. All the user need
to actively work at the same time.

Footnote: This issue is a "killer" function for me and without that the

It does not work that way with a remote desktop connection.
You do not get one console and one remote - the console is switched out
while an RDP session is active and logging onto the console disconnects the
RDP session.
Basically the RDP/Remote Desktop in Vista and XP are an extension of the
fast user switching where the concurrent users stay active but the display
is either directed to the console or the RDP session.
If you need multiple concurrent display session you must use a server
product such as Windows Server 2003 R2 in terminal server mode and purchase
the appropriate additional TS licenses.
