windows virtual memory

hi ,
in the past few days i have received
the notification that : " windows virtual memory
is too low " .
is there any way to correct this so i do not
receive this message ?

Also note that if you have a program running that has a serious memory leak
you will get that problem no matter how much memory you install, it will
just take longer.
