Windows Upgrade Advisor

Hi:

I am hoping someone can help me out. I downloaded the
Windows upgrade advisor to see if my computer will be
compatible with Windows XP.

First off I have the following:

Operating System is Windows 98 SE
Gatway Desktop model # 450
320MB for memory
12.68MB Hard Drive
7.95GB free space on the hard drive
and I think it is a Pentium three chip

I ran the Micorsoft Upgrade advisor program and it stops
about three quarters of the way to DVD Movie Drive and
then just hangs up.

I do not even have a DVD drive on my computer. Just A CD-
Rom and and CD-Burner.

Any idea on why it hangs up or anything else I should try?

I can tell you that your machine will upgrade to xp but
nothingm else.
