Windows Updates

[FRUSTRATED]

When I go to Windows Updates, it won't open. Customer
Service is NO HELP. Other support groups keep telling me
I need to update, but I am unable to get that site to
open. Please and Thank You!

if you can get to spybot at safer-networking.org and
download ,update and scan on easy. maybe a hijacker or
toolbar or virus in your system blocking access, but it
don't hurt anyways to have a clean system.
