GOT LAPTOP AT XMAS LOADED ALL OF XP CANNOT GET TO
WINUPDATE SAYS INTERNAL ERROR AND MEDIA PLAYER NOT
WORKING HELP PLEASE

Quit using caps to post messages here.. and get yourself a firewall and
ant-virus installed.. but do an online scan first.. you most likely have a
virus on your laptop..
