windows updates

How can I download the full install for the windows
updates? I have a couple of friends with 56k connections
while I have a high speed connection. I would like to
download the updates and burn them to a cd to save them
days of downloading. WHere can I get the updates to be able
to do this? If I go to windows update it says I need no
updates so I am lost. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
