The reason I asked is: when MS release SP3, it'll probably have the WGA
utility in it. I would like to slipstream all updates in the service
pack (individually if I have to) without the WGA utility.

No, but you can burn the patch files to a CD-R or CD-RW disk if you
download them manually.
