Is there a way to download Windows updates and hotfixes and burn them to a CD
without using any additional software like WUS?

Malke,
Can you burn the updates to a CD to install on a computer that does not have
Internet access from this site?
Thank you,

Thank you,

I thought the Knowledge Base article was pretty self-explanatory, but
yes. That is the point of downloading the updates from Windows Catalog,
so you can save them and reuse them on whatever machines you like.

Following on from this thread. I have tried to carry out the instructions on
the KB artilce but am denied access to the catalogue, (administrators only).
I am using XP home with a computer administrators account. Am I completely
"stuffed"? for want of a better expression.
