windows updates will not download

I keep trying to download the updates from Microsofy Windows updates and I
keep getting this message ( error number : 0x80070005) The website has
encountered a problem and cannot display the page you are trying to view. I
have tryed different ways to turn on my cryptographics and everything seems
to be ok, but I still can not get my updates please someone help!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hi Estes,
First of all try to clear your IE caches and Delete Files and Cookies, then
do a scan for malware on your System from here:
http://www.avast.com/

after being sure it is Clean proceed with the next step:
Try to Assign all MS windows update web address in the Trusted Sites on the
Security Tab to do this follow this steps:
Right Click IE Icon on your Desktop >> Select Properties from the Sub-menuInternet | Intraner | Trusted Sites | Restricted Sites
Click on the Trusted Sites and on Sites assign the MS web address there.
The same on the Privacy Tab Click on Site Button and assign the name There
as Always Allow.
Click Ok and Reboot and try the Updates.
