Windows Updates/Blaster

I have been doing my Windows Update and downloading all of
the Critical Updates. Does this mean I have probably
downloaded the Blaster Patch. Is there anyway I can tell?
Or should I go ahead and download the Patch seperatly?
Any help that you can provide will be greatly appreciated.

will not hurt your machine to re-install the patch if you
