Greetings All-

Coould anyone tell me how I could disble Window Update from the shut down
options? i.e. when clicking Start and Turn Off Computer it opens the box to
either Log Off, Restart or Turn Off Computer and if I choose to turn off the
computer it tells me that Windows Updates will be installed unless I click
the link.

I'm afraid that I may accidently forget to click the option to turn off
without the updates and install updates that I do not want or are not ready
to install.

That did the trick! Thank you very much!

And thank you for the lead to the Group Policies console. This saves me a
lot of trouble searching the net for non secure registry tweeks.

Know of any more tricks? Please send them along too...
