Windows Update?

Hey whats up with windows update? I had to reformat my PC and eveything and
go to download updates, everything is working except for driver updates.
driver updates on the windows update page is grayed out. I know from past
exeprience I need two driver updates: one for my monitor (NEC LCD1555v) and
my intel internet camera. now I get none of these. what gives? I tell you,
as the years go by Windows Update gets worse and worse. by the way, I did
manage to get my intel internet camera download after I installed the
drivers for the NEC web site, funny thing is I could get anything on the
drivers update until I did this? strange. the only changes I made to my pc
was I added 256 mgs of ram. is anybody else having this problem?

Scroll down to: There are No updates are available at this time" message
and the Windows text on the left-hand side of the web page is greyed out.

I checked the troubleshooter out and nothing really pertains to me other
then the driver update section on the windows update is greyed out until I
install a non-MS signed driver and that only gets me the Intel easy Internet
Camera.
