several times lately I have downloaded & installed a
security update and a few days later the same update
appears in windows update todownload. According to
installation history the same update has been downloaded
successfully several times. The update is 811493. Should
I keep downloading it or ignore it or what? Help Please.

I'd ignore that particular update unless your computer is tied into a company
network that many others have access to.
