Did everything that Q174360 said but I still get Software
Update Incomplete. So I cannot update or get it
automaticly.What can I do?

This worked for me
Right click start>Explore>Scroll down to windows, open+

Scroll down to system 32 open >look for a folder called

catroot2, delete. try downloading the update again the
file catroot2 folder will be recreated. This is in the
microsoft knowlege base if you care to search for it,I
don't remember the article # sorry
