Currently I have installed and configured properly SUS
server on my site. How do I configur all workstations to
request updates from SUS server? How clients will know to
pick updates from SUS server?
I have full Windows 2000 AD domain with AD integarted DNS.
I will appreciate any update.

There are two options you can use Group Policies to roles
out the changes or you can script the registry changes.
If you require detailed instructions MS has a document on
their site.
