does microsoft sell CDs with all the windows on it

if i download them from microsoft, is there an installer that can automatically detect which ones are installed and install the ones that haven't been installed

the reason is that i have to do quite a few computers and i don't want to use the internet to download for all of them

Do them all on 1 system, then copy the files in the following 2 folders to
each PC:

C:\WINNT\Windows Update Setup Files
C:\WUTemp

Otherwise you have to setup SUS.
