Windows Update Setup Error

Hi all.
When I try to install the latest critical update, I get the Setup Error: You
do not have permission to update Windows XP. Please contact your system
administrator.

I never had problems updating until now. I am the administrator and I have
administrator rights.
What rights are needed to install the update?

Thanks for the link, Shenan. I qualify for Windows and Office and pass all
the tests (ActiveX and so on) but the update won't install...
