Windows Update repeated update

I have one update(KB835732) that keeps reappearing even
though I've installed it.

It happened before so I went to the KB article
(http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=KB;EN-
US;Q319109) that solved it last time but it didn't work
this time round.

Now it keeps coming in Automatic Updates and I can't get
SP2.

Anyone knows how to solve this one?

Hi Alvin,
you uninstall this update from ADD/REMOVE programs(under control panel)
then download and install this from:-
http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/...9E-DA3F-43B9-A4F1-AF243B6168F3&displaylang=en

I've already tried your method and it does not work.
(Happened to be also suggested by someone at AUMHA)

Going to try Plato's.

SP2 should install the patch under KB article number 835732 automatically.
To manually download the install file for SP2, go here:

http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/...be-3b8e-4f30-8245-9e368d3cdb5a&displaylang=en

The file is rather large (266MB) so only download it if you have a broadband
internet connection such as ADSL or Cable. If you have a dial-up internet
connection, I would wait until SP2 is available to you via Automatic
Updates.
