Windows Update Q819696

I had my computer on Automatic update to find that the
security update Q819696 has been sucessful installed
three times! When I did a memual scan it shows up as a
critical update to install. I have since turned off
automatic update? Does anyone know what can be causing
this. Thanks, Warren
