Windows Update Problems

Hi, i have just installed a fresh copy of Windows XP
Home. i then go onto windows update and i let it scan my
computer but it finds no updates, when i know there
should be. I have downloaded Service Pack 1a from the
download site to see if this would fix the problem, but
it hasn't please help??
 
I am having the same problem I say your pc is ok but ms
are having the prolem
