windows update problem0x8DDD0004

after installing windows xp sp2 i can not access the
windows update site, i get as far as it and dont get the
oppertunity to scan for update the page just remains blank
any suggestions. thanks

i got this error onece Error number: 0x8DDD0004] but i was
not logged on as
administrator at the time
when logged on as administrator all i got was a message
Windows Update has encountered an error and cannot supply
the requested page; Cannot Display Page (Windows XP)
