Windows Update Problem

I'm having 2 problems:

1. on a 2k3 server, I get a Administrators Only error and I'm logged in as
Administrator (Domain and Local).

2. On a WinXP, I try going to windowsupdate and the page does not show up
(internet woks fine).

Checked Technet and I found nothing that worked.

Just wondering if any of you out there ran into this problem..

Go directly the Windows Update site
http://v4.windowsupdate.microsoft.com/en/default.asp

Clear your cache. Delete all temporary internet files and cookies. Make
sure your system time and date is correct.
