Some time ago, U was offered to install Windows Update 823559 - which I did.
Since then, every day, Windows Update says that Update is ready to be
installed (again). I have tried installing it with nothing running except
explorer.exe and taskmgr.exe (no Norton Anti-Virus running either). Same
problem. The install log says it was installed successfully each time. I'm
thinking that, if I uninstall it and start fresh, it might take. But I
don't know how to do this. Does anyone have any suggestions as to how to
fix this problem? Thanks............
