Windows Update Problem

When I go to the W2K Update page, all I get is a blank page that constantly
reloads.

Deleting folders WindowsUpdate and WUTemp, files IUCTL.DLL and IUENGINE.DLL,
and running regsvr32 iuctl.dll /u doesn't help.

What's going on? TIA.

What type of Internet connection do u use?
If its cable than check the Lan settings in Internet options -- Connections
tab...
Nothing should be checked...
Also try and delete cookies and temporary files and all objects in the
temporary internet files...
If u are using IE6 sp1....Uncheck the option 3rd party browser
extension"...in Internet options --- Advanced.....
After doing all this..retart the PC...and try to update...

I can't; I get the same constantly reloading blank page. I also tried in
Safe Mode with Network Support. Same thing...
