windows update.....or lack there of!

is windows update down I keep getting errors when it
checks for downloads. i checked it also on a win me
computer and the same problem too. anybody else with the
same problem?

what gives, I still am having the same problem. here is
the exact error messege (0x800A138F), I've troubleshooted
this one too, with the same error. Two computers I have
have the same error messege, the exact same one.

What?!? Where did you get this info? Send us a URL... I have roadrunner too,
and I suspect Roadrunner's DNS is not updating properly... as I have several
web sites that have a changed DNS... yet for weeks now Roadrunner has
reflected the changes.

BTW: Windows Update is up and working now for me.
