Windows Update - Lost E-Mail

Yesterday I installed some Windows updates. Now when I go into outlook, I
can't find any of my e-mail folders or any of my old e-mails that were in my
inbox.

It also got rid of all my saved addresses. Is there any way to restore
these things?

PLEASE HELP!

Rather than multi post to an o/s group, you might have been better off
crossposting (the origonal post) to an Outlook group
 
I did, they told me to do some stuff that I don't know how to do. I guess
I'm up the creek without a paddle. I'm not a big tech person. I just had a
lot of e-mails that I didn't want to lose.
