Windows Update - Lost E-Mail

Yesterday I installed some Windows updates. Now when I go into outlook, I
can't find any of my e-mail folders or any of my old e-mails that were in my
inbox.

It also got rid of all my saved addresses. Is there any way to restore
these things?

PLEASE HELP!
 
Yes, I do mean Outlook, not express. So I should go to this site and see how
to restore the information?
 
Yes, basically it would appear you 'may' have lost the connection to your
origonal OL pst file
